Welcome to Kindergarten!

I am so excited to be your student's kindergarten teacher! Kindergarten is a wonderful grade where students learn to read through letter sounds, write, count, add/subtract, build upon social skills, and make friends. I have taught both TK and first grade, which gives me a firm understanding of the academic growth necessary for my kindergarten students to have success in future grade levels.

I have a Master's degree in Teaching and a multiple-subject credential from Pepperdine University's Graduate School of Education and Psychology. Some fun facts about me: I just got married to my husband Brandon, and we have a cat named Maddy. I love reading, yoga, playing ukulele, and spending time with family/friends.
