Absence Verification Form

Please complete the Absence Verification Form when your child returns from any absence.

ANNUAL FORMS FOR PARENTS

All returning families must fill out Annual Forms online.

Volunteer - Application and Mandatory Orientation

All volunteers must apply online YEARLY and attend one orientation.

Family Night - August 28th

Please see the flyer for more information about Family Night at Calabash - Friday, August 28th at 5:30-7:00 PM. This is not a drop off event and parents must supervise their children at all times.

Grades 1-5 - Bring supplies on 1st day of school - Wed, August 12th @ 7:55 AM

Late Items WILL NOT Be Delivered to Students

The office is no longer able to accept dropped off items to reduce disruption to the educational process of the school. No exceptions, please.

Safety Valet Drop Off @ 7:40-8:00 AM

Parent volunteers will open car door for students - please DO NOT PARK in front of school during morning drop off.

No Cell Phones Policy

All student cell phones/smart watches must be stored in the portable locked cabinet while students are on campus. No cell phones allowed at after school programs.

Hazel Health - At Home Telemental Health Services

Parents can sign up for at home telemental health services - go to the Parent Portal and sign up.
